SORAYA FERNANDEZ DF: London, +(44) 07983869889, United Kingdom; INDEPENDENT FASHION DESIGNER Born in Quito in 1976, from an early age was involved in the fashion world, her mother, a dressmaker used to design leather handbags and crafts, she inspired her creative sense of neatness and precision in her style. Her designs highlight conceptual fashion, fusing culture and forms to reality. Of Ecuadorian mother and Canarian father, in 1996 she moved to the island of El Hierro. Autodidact, since childhood penetrates the world of hand-woven,embroidery and crafts. Later she also began to explore screen printing techniques on textiles. In 2008 she returned to Ecuador where she studied Fashion Design, specializing in women's wear, she stands out in Haute Couture and Tailoring. In 2010 she created her own brand: Soraya Fernandez DF. Now based in London her style is dominated by shapes that maximize her cultural approach, dazzling soberness. Existentialist Poet, qualified in her being the world's complexity. "
